Start just past the Ulverston sign on Conishead Road at the start of the rise to Conishead Priory.
Head out on the Coast Road, through Bardsea, Sea Wood, Baycliff, Aldingham, Newbiggin to Rampside roundabout.
Second exit on roundabout and proceed to Roose roundabout.
Round the roundabout and retrace back to start.
