Start in layby on the Newby Bridge side of Haverthwaite Cross Roads on the A590.
Take first left onto the B5278 (Holker Mosses Road) and proceed to Low Wood, on past Stribers Farm (2), Holker Hall and bear left at the pub (3) as you approach Cark.
Keep left at the pub and carry on round to the left to join the Cartmel Road. Through Cartmel (4) and on toward Field Broughton. At fork in road (5), bear left and on past Field Broughton. Carry on to junction with A590. Left to Newby Bridge, straight across roundabout and follow A590 to finish at start point.
